Lead/processing time is typically 1-3 days depending on manufacturer’s responsiveness. Fulfillment teams will inform clients of any manufacturing delays before purchase. Once a hot-selling item has been established, free inventory will be made available–unlocking same day pick & pack.

As soon as we receive your product info—whether it’s an AliExpress link, a Shopify product page, or just a few clear photos—we get to work. AliExpress links are especially helpful since they include detailed specs that make it easier for our sourcing agents to track down the right supplier.

Once we’ve found the product, one of our agents will reach out to your fulfillment group via Skype, WhatsApp, or Slack with a complete quote. This includes everything: product cost, packing, and shipping to the destination country. No hidden fees. No surprises. Just one clear, all-in price.
